What are the showroom trading hours?

October 1st - December 24th
Monday - Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

Do prices on this site include GST?

Yes, all prices are GST inclusive. If you are ordering from outside Australia please email us directly at info@houseofchristmas.com.au.

What will be the freight charge for my order?

We have the pleasure of using Fastway Couriers as our freight company. Freight is determined by the location of where you would like your goods delivered. It is a set charge based on your delivery area.

When will I receive my order?

Please note that the House of Christmas Website operates 24hours. However dispatch can only occur during weekday trading hours. Therefore please count lead times below from the next business day.

The House of Christmas online shop will only accept orders up until December 10th. All orders taken prior to this date will be delivered latest by December 14th. We will not deliver any orders taken after Dec 10th until January, due to the busy Christmas Season.

I have received the incorrect goods. What do I do?

If you have not received the correct item/s please ensure you contact the House of Christmas within 48 hours of receipt by calling 03 9416 0187, by email to nick@houseofchristmas.com.au or by fax to 03 9417 5737. We will then advise the best way to return the goods and arrange for your desired goods to be sent out ASAP.

I have received damaged goods. How do I get a replacement?

Please contact the House of Christmas immediately if any items in your parcel are damaged. We will arrange for replacements based on our assessments of the damage, to come out to you ASAP.

How accurate are the website images and the product information?

We will endeavor to update any changes in stock ASAP, however there may be the occasional variation. If we cannot update the image immediately we will ensure the description is correct. Therefore please always refer to the measurements, colour and material described to ensure you are aware of what you are ordering.

It's not what I expected. Can I return it?

Unless products are damaged, or are an incorrect order, we do NOT accept returns.

How can I be advised of new products and specials?

If you would like to be added to our mailing list, just email nick@houseofchristmas.com.au. You will then receive our newsletter detailing product updates and specials.

Is it safe for me to pay by credit card online? How else can I pay?

We currently only accept credit card for Online Purchases. We use only the safest method of online payment services, being PayPal.

Is my privacy protected if I submit contact details on this site?

The House of Christmas will never pass on any of your information to a third party without your consent. Information received will only be used to contact you regarding orders you have placed, to answer your enquiries or to send you a newsletter if you request subscription.
